How’s that supposed to work? The ultimate consumer pays the tariff. Tickets at the theater double? Suddenly the streaming services have to eat the tarrifs? Unless they raise subscription fees, or delete homegrown films. Wtf is this guy on!?
What if the Avengers sail across the Atlantic to the USA to battle in the movie?
Or they use the Avengers quinjet to fly from like say… Tibet to Guam?
Does that kinda offset the filming location?

It’s for movies “produced” outside the US.
Maybe someone can elaborate, but what stops a production company from just being “based” in the U.S. on paper…like just having a tax ID number and a P.O. Box…meanwhile all your Equipment, people, etc are somewhere else in the world?
Would this really incentivize production companies to bring business back to US soil?
