I really liked the holiday special; it was nice not having end-of-the-world stakes. And why did it take me so long to realize that absolute unit was Groot all along? 
Didnt like it…at all.
It’s such a different directing style for Gunn than the movies. It’s almost like Disney brought in a college senior to direct his thesis project…
And the script was terrible too.

that special did more to make Mantis interesting than 3 movies.
Did like the Christmas song … Gunn knows how to do a soundtrack

Yeah I’m glad they focused on her in the special. And is it me or did Cosmo sound suspiciously like Beemo at times (I know it’s not the same voice actor… I looked it up)?
