Just to make sure I got DD 9 & 10, I bought the German edition which has both issues in the same comic (although I don’t know how to read German - lol). Costs a lot less too and you have (2) Echo keys for less than than the U.S. editions.
Get Marvel Unlimited to read comics online and buy the foreign edition key 1st appearance comics. Well, for Marvel anyway.
Or don’t, that’s cool.

CGC can’t even get their grades right half the time, why would or should we trust what they slap as a description on their labels for the books?

Hmmm. Listed my double the other day. Might have to raise the price now… lol.
Some DD11 slabs say 1st echo and some don’t. It’s weird. Either way, it’s silly as she doesn’t unveil a costume/persona or display new powers that define her as Echo differently than her 1st appearance in 9. It’s a cool one to have though.

Have all 3 so they can keep adding books of interest and I will be happy.
I mean, do we honestly believe that single company is the be all end all arbiter of key issue annotation for the past 100 years of comic book history across all publishers?
It just seems unlikely unless they have a full time research staff looking at it. Either that or they ar cribbing of another database.

When they start grading books on a consistent level, then maybe… and it’s a big maybe, we’ll let them start dictating what’s a first, second, first cover and whatever else comes along in describing a comic book and it’s insides.
I got a good one for you with Edge of Gwenverse coming in February Spider Gwen vol2 #18 should be on your radar. Two covers for the issue ones a Venomozed variant that is 2nd Gwenom Cover pre first appearance in comics Gwenom first appeared 6 issues later in #24. Which I’m sure Gwenom will be in EOG as well, but #18 contains first Charlotte Morales-Stacy and Max Morales Stacy the children of Gwen and Miles. Pretty sure we will see them in EOG and on covers so start grabbing them if you see them.
