Just send them all off to get graded. The series is good and I think the books will go even more up. I only have 1 and it’s my wife’s PC. If I find another one, I’m sending it off to the graders. Just my opinion.

@KirkLangstrom I think you have plenty of time, no worries with grading SIKTC books. I see zero reason for a fall off and more of a likelihood of rising. IMO, one of the safest grading bets currently.

Actually now that I think about it, I would not be selling the LCSD foil variants of SIKTC. This series has already shown it has legs and the foil variants will be highly desirable in the future. If the series ever get optioned, the comics will hit the stratosphere. Even now without getting option news prices are still continually going up.
If you sell it now you’ll get $30 for it and I think it’s peanuts. I don’t see the point really. The book will hold it’s value for a long time. Just get them all graded if there are no flaws. I would probably sell 1 or 2 if you see some minor imperfections to make it a NM. Otherwise get them all graded. With these foil variants there’s a chance you can get a 9.9.

@Anthony Thanks for mentioning the Acetate Stray Dogs. Wasn’t a book I’d paid attention to. Shop had a perfect copy (Acetate) on the wall at $20. Bought it without hesitation.
I see its moved even higher since your post!
Dammit my LCS had a stack of the acetate Stray Dogs #1 on the shelf bagged and boarded selling for $7.99 CAD ($6 USD) as recently as a week or 2 ago, nobody wanted them even though they were going for about $20 online at the time. All gone now, would’ve been an easy flip.
Before I posted this was heating up I cleaned out every online shop and local shop I could. The is the first of I think 25 copies I was able to get.

I think I saw a few of these last week at my LCS. I’m will take a look to make sure it is the correct one after work today.
Only 1 store here got the LCSD books and it was 1 per customer and they sold out within an hour, so no chance of finding any of these in the wild around these parts but glad I at least grabbed copies.
Lol. That’s a lot of words to say “we didn’t spec on this one.”

@Kevin pointed out early on that this was probably a scam auction early on and it seems to be true and people fell for it. It’s a cool ass cover no matter what but the prices are plummeting on this book and the warnings are probably a good sign from key collector.

the thing thats funny is they say that but also in the top 20 list that there was a shang chi trailer that dropped, weird look to put a psa out and then in the same thing have false info. I’m pretty sure thats still up there too
Don’t know on that one, do your research before you buy is all I can say. CBSI, key collector, covrprice, go collect, they will all give you legit information, do what you want with it.
