I have a copy and confirming this book does NOT have Kang in it. It’s the FF Villains variant. Nothing to spec on with stories of Miles, Kate Bishop and Deadpool.

I also feel like some of the books they mention are sort of established “mainstays” of the comic collecting scene. Marvel Comics Presents #117 for example. I’m not saying the book should be worth a ton or is anything by way of spec, but it’s a book that I’d never not buy in a dollar bin. The type of book that is just sort of a “yep, I have it” of most comic collectors I would assume.
Same with ASM #611…if anyone is a Deadpool, Spidey, Skottie Young fan…would they not be aware or have this book at this point? Even if you aren’t a fan…would you be unaware of it? Unlikely
Caveat: Fully realizing there are new collectors to the scene each and everyday that may be exceptions to what I said above. Certainly the minority however.
The Pro-Spec list is a joke today but Lone Wolf and Cub was listed as a book. Crazy movie worth the watch, it has been listed as an influence in the Mandalorian (i.e. silent tough guy protecting an infant).

Superman 10 cent adventure moving a bit. 1st appearance of Super girl (Cir-El) its funny cause months and months ago when everyone was yelling about the actress cast and why she wasn’t blonde I thought all she really had to do was cut her hair, and then the actress shared this and key collector put it out. The book is insanely cheap as i bought a few copies forever ago for $1 off newkadia and still a ton of cheap copies online. The original cover price was 10 cents

Comic Books: Buy, Sell, Trade, Consign, Collect | MyComicShop as of writing this has Seasons Beatings #1 Kang cover for $2. They are allowing 2 per order. I had some other books I was going to purchase so added two myself. If it stays hot it is a no brainier for a few bucks extra. People love iconic covers so who knows, maybe this will be Kang’s. Either way MCS is still showing that they have more. Doubt that will last long.

I don’t get how they touted brother voodoo books and left out the one where he becomes sorcerer supreme. (It’s because they’re still getting copies and aren’t ready to pump it yet).

good point - added a couple B’s and blanks to add to my stash. I think blanks are going to worth their weight in gold once con season starts back up again.
