Modern Comics Heating Up (Those With Potential Too) (Part 1)

I held on too. Didn’t sell a single one. I’m playing most things long.

My opinion is that I’ll miss a flip here and there but overall I’ll be in better shape by waiting for things to mature.

holding is the smart play. HR was designed by Disney and Lucas films for the purpose for future tv/film projects

All the copies I bought I intended on holding. The only ones I got rid of so far went to @Gbess

id also add that HRA #1 might be the better long term grab than HR1. since people seem to like that story so much more

It’s going to be totally dependent on which characters they feature in the future multimedia projects. I would imagine they’ll eventually feature most of them and both books will be great.

now a hundred dollar raw book

What is really odd is the 1:25 of Stray Dogs #1 vs cover A price on the sold listings of Ebay. Getting the 1:25 was cheaper at times.

same cover is holding the acetate back

A CGC 9.8 Cover A sold for $375

Second print is a ghost

Is the acetate supposed to be a premium comic? It’s selling for less than the regular Cover A on Ebay

HRA#2 is first Machion Ro.

Acetate is a 1:25

not really, it was unlocked at 25 copies than you could order as many as you wanted

I’m gonna go on comichron find the lowest marvel or indy titles of random times buy them up and then talk about how rare and hot they are online and have a low print count

I think thats what CBSI & FB group does already…

Me, I dont give a rats ass about print run.
If a book has a REAL significance (1st appearance), it will attract buyers. Demand < Supply.
Also, price is a factor.

Man, we should have a separate thread to do a Intro to Speculation/Guide Book. There’s a lot of intricacies, breakdowns, rules, etc. that members here could cover and share knowledge.

What a lot of people are confused about is the acetate is NOT a true 1:25. It was open order after a minimum 25 order. So once a shop ordered 25 cover A/B they could get as many acetate as they wanted. That’s why the acetate is only running about double A cover price.

Boof and the Bruise Crew #1 has none on the census!!! quick buy them all up.
