You know how many silver key books I would rather spend $586 on than this book?
Some?
Harley Keener is my favorite marvel character said no one ever
1,000?
Come on, let’s all guess and Poyo can give a prize comic give away to the winner!!
Thought his name was Harry Peener this whole time.
Looks like there was a mad dash for the Stray Dogs #2, #3, #4 3rd prints after the big pop in prices/hype from the other books.
I think the horror movie homages are also a reason the additional prints are selling.
Also, there is going to be the next volume Stray Dogs Dog Days. The cover is on the last page of issue #5.
Looks like everyone’s favorite pro spec list pumping Venom 9 store exclusive by Philip Tan and Elizabeth Torque uncanny X-Men. Its a dope variant no doubt but thats all there really is to it and those can still be found for cheap
Super key lmao
Was mad as hell when I seen the pro spec list on YouTube this morn. Smh. 1 seller on Ebay had auctioned every 3days on em. Posted it on IG in April about all those key points.
I have 3 bids I’m winning currently that I bid on yesterday checked em I’m still winning but for how long. I’ve bought from this seller too many times. Now watch these books OD on bifs in a few hours
Its a cool book but doesn’t comic exposure have a terrible reputation lol
Hey guys and gals, I got a stack of super rare and HTF scarce indie books with super low print runs. They’re super key cause there’s zero demand for them hence the low print runs… let’s make them worth something by telling everyone they should want them to create newly fake demand… YEAH!
Demand is created by consumers. These youtube channels just pass on information that a lot of people may not know and when a book is brought to their attention it only takes a few to see the value gobble everything up.
If you think it’s worth something and you’re an expert, you’d already have a ton and you could cash in right now OR you don’t think it’s worth the new market value and you JUST DON’T BUY IT.
The tiny, inclusive group of “pro speculators” that some of you clearly think you used to be part of is no longer tiny. The internet is like that.
True but also not completely true in another sense. Sometimes consumers only want item X when someone else mentions it. Sometimes these youtubers and speculator sites are passing along information that isn’t completely true in why it’s a key, etc.
So yes, in a sense, they’re creating false demand for a book or books that were not in demand previously. At times people will act like sheep and those sheep only want it because it was merely mentioned, not because they actually want or need it.
