@captainzombie 100% agree…and I know I’ve been beating that dead horse to death. I’m clearly a fan boy of their product…and have fully stocked up on it so have a vested interest.
But the thing is…regardless of spec and the all mighty dollar…if you just love comic books…The Ghost Machine books are just really, really good. Everything about them imo…the quality of the books, the art, the paper, the ink, the cover, the price points, the artists, writers and clear devotion and passion they appear to have regarding this universe they are building. I feel like it is special. I love all of it…but I think Red Coat and Hyde Street are my favorites. I can say I haven’t disliked any of them though.
I go back to my LCS today to get 7 long boxes for a collection I bought. I look at the variant box when I get there and lo and behold, this came in today but wasn’t there on Wednesday. This was an immediate pickup at this price and love the cover.
Usually they have their prices in line with the going prices on eBay, etc., but this one surprisingly they did not. I might have Benjamin Percy sign this in 2 weeks at Indiana Comic Con, but not sure yet.
Red Hood Outlaw 36 continues to sell well. I’ve sold two for $36 and $40. I have another listed at $45, and no bites on that. $40 must be the right price point. I have a 4th copy to list today.
The Nightwing #54 Putri is starting to sell in the $70+ range.
Another book to put on the list to watch for is Universal Monsters: Dracula #3 Cover A (2023). Have been seeing copies of this book sell $30-$45. Recent enough that there has to be some lurking in boxes at LCS.
