We groan at store variant covers, but right now I am selling GI Joe Baroness variants for $100+. Sold my GI Joe Tyndall Baroness cover from 2018 for $125. Sold both my Warren Laou covers for $100ish a piece. IDW Baroness cheesecake is hot.

I do too but I’m trying to downsize the collection so right now I like money more. Plus, like you or Agent Poyo says, I can always just save a picture of the cover if I want to look at it. I just wish I had ordered more of those covers back in the day. Total money maker at the present moment.

Ultimate Spider-man #8 Cover A has been going up. It’s been selling between $30 and $50 since mid February. Covrprice still has it as a $7 book. :roll_eyes:

I really wish Covrprice was more dependable for prices. They either don’t update or take wild swings in value.

CovrPrice’s price list is just plain bad. I pay for a subscription so not just ragging on them without any skin in the game but they don’t use a proper weighted average or predictive algorithm to decide on their FMV. A simple weighted average would be 1000% better than what they use now. Instead you get these extremely volatile price swings that just won’t happen in real life, making it, by definition, not a FMV. It seems to be heavily relying on what the last sale that their data scrapper has found, but it could be high or low from what is actually going on, as you can see from your example.
