Also of note… it’s cool as these cereal covers (the cereal) are actually a part of the story, featured. So it isn’t just covers without context.
Also realizing they are a play on the original General Mills spooky cereals as we’ve discussed.
I meant for the Monsters #5 w/ card issue. All I had to do was look at the back cover and it states that there were 15,550 copies which equals 3,875 per card (if there were more/less or a specific card produced - I don’t think that would be the case)
Good to know that only 3,875 sets can be put together (very loosely stated obviously)
The Storm Shadow GI Joe Negative space variant 1:10 is doing well
Felt like a no brainer at FOC (like the Scarlett one).
You may be able to grab one cheap at your shops still.
@davidbitterbaum
I feel like it would be Witchblade #161 as guess. It’s sort of the one that first drew my attention anyway.
Likely something far earlier I’m not remembering though.
@Bill
By the way…thank you as you were (as I recall) responsible for making me aware of this.
I’m keeping it as Timm is among my very favorites but still…
@Anthony They must not have sold much at the con though, or (I think) they split the run between the con & their site.
I bought it right from their site.
I was initially worried about the media mail shipping, but it was actually the safest, best packaging on a single comic I’ve ever received.
If you attended the new Superman/AMC IMAX Fan Event today, they were giving Free copies of the All Star Superman #1 reprint with a reprinted cover by Dan Mora which is really the Dan Mora variant cover from Krypto #1. I see sales around $25 on ebay. I was able to get 2 copies from customer service. The new movie was solid/good. Enjoyed the new take on Supes by Gunn.
Spectre 54 has really spiked lately. It’s up to $125+, and might be a book that still has room to grow with Mr. Terrific getting a lot of love (and future screen time).
I flipped my copy that I bought for $11 for a healthy profit.
