I went to Disney World this summer and we went to Hollywood Studios for the final day of Muppets in 3D and it was crazy how many people were there. Tons of people dressed up as well. I love the muppets, but didnā€™t realize how big of a deal they are to some people.

Glad I preordered a set of the Muppets variants. Figured it would be a nice flip as a full set of the 10 covers but looks like it might be more profit than I thought!

There have been 7 sales after this one less than $10, most at cover. But I think just about all ā€œcheapā€ copies are now off eBay.

There is still one copy at $10 (shipped) then it jumps to $15 plus shipping (just checkedā€¦the guy has 8 copiesā€¦wouldnā€™t surprise me if the price goes up with each copy sold).

So looks promising. Usually I find prices start to spike around Friday if a book isnā€™t already hot prior to release dateā€¦I think thatā€™s when many of the people realize itā€™s not at their local shop (they may not get there until End of the week), hot lists start reporting and FOMO sets in.

For us who hold copies the challenge becomes when to jump inā€¦.i have twoā€¦but if I had 5 Iā€™d start off with a copy Iā€™d list one to start getting some of my money back and see how it trends.
