Not only do I not have any Marvel pulls, but I don’t even buy the random Marvel spec anymore. And, this is such a common topic overheard when I’m in shops. Now, are they doing anything about it? Image, Boom, Dark Horse, and DC all have such a better product. It seems like Marvel needs a full reset with new priorities. Even talking with a few creators, they’ve all said that Marvel is really hard to work with, and it’s just so much easier and more profitable to go elsewhere.

Re-launches lead to short-term boosts in profit. Short-term gains is all they worry about, even if their actions put the company in future financial jeopardy

It’s ironic because for the most part, Marvel spoilers bring more eyes to the site than dc because dc isn’t focusing on gimmicks and new characters. But new characters and gimmicks make people search out spoilers.

Saw that too - been refreshing at random points all day. Maybe they just didn’t have enough signed leftover or they are waiting to push premium pricing on it.
It would be better if they just advertised it in-store until they were sure they had enough for the site. They already announced a signing for Ark-M and we can probably expect similar results.
Sometimes it can take a week or two extra.

I sold my Absolute Batman 1A, 1 (third print) and 1 (fourth print) today for $175. The freight train keeps rolling, but it felt like the right time to jump off. It’s virtually impossible to find any issues prior to 12 at any of my shops right now. Crazy.

I got on the train late so all I’ve got is one copy of the Annual in hand and pre-ordered 15 & 16 for Joker and AbWW. Also have one AB1 Jim Lee Foil and didn’t realize that had crept up too but that was a freebie from Comic Mint during a promo a while back so anything I make off that is a bonus.
I agree but when almost all the writers are relatively unknown, they probably came very cheaply. Marvel views writing as the last thing they should spend money on. They think it’s only about the cvrs that sell comics

I feel like Daredevil Cold Day in Hell had some buzz, but then died off. With USM ending, not sure where Marvel goes in 2026.
Obviously I like Bat titles, but if you’d told me 3 or more years ago that DC would post this big of a comeback, I don’t think I’d have believed it.
