I did see that the other day. Was on the top floor by housewares.
It’s a shell of what it was.
Canada still has the full stores. Will be in Montreal in a few weeks, and it’s on my list. In fact, I need to see what comic shops are around.
Yep, ToysRus never left Canada and still going strong with the full stores. Happy children all over Canada.
I wasn’t a Toys R US kid. But my kids where. And they miss it. I got a lot of good deals when they where closing the stores down. A lot Thomas the train wood sets.
I always though Game Informer was Ok, but not as good as Electronic Gaming Monthly or Gamefan. It is still too bad they are getting rid of it.
I grew up with GamePro and Electronic Gaming Monthly. EGM was the shit…loved it. Never got into Game Informer.
EGM was the best gaming mag till it died the first time in 2009. The revival sucked.
Before the internet killed gaming mags I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the latest issue, especially the one directly after the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas each year. All that goodness coming out was gold to a gamer in the late 80’s to mid 90’s.
I’m at the post office just now standing in line waiting to drop off my 4 packages (booyah!). Got 4 sales today.
There’s this lady standing in front of me talking to the sales clerk behind the counter. She is in her 30s to 40s, looks able bodied and sound of mind.
She asked the clerk at the POST OFFICE if they ship internationally.
My motto has been, and remains; at least 50% of the population are as dumb as rock.
Critics will claim they’re just misinformed or not informed.
But I beg to differ and keep to my original statement.
I think 50% may be extremely low
Marvel is completely out of control

There’s a refreshing, stimulating, and a feeling of freedom to know that I will not purchase a single one.
Not a single one.
And will more than likely be better off financially now, a year from now, and ten years from now for not purchasing this Doom Dump.
You choose to try to shove this much sh*t down my throat marvel? Well right back atcha - not buying one. Have at it
No surprise they are milking this for everything it’s got
I’m sure a couple Doomtober covers will be cool, but since Adi Granov already did a Doom for the year, no one’s gonna top that.
I’d rather spend $5 on a nice mid grade bronze or copper age doom cover.
Here is a fun thing. Don’t Google the answers please. Name five comic book movies that Ryan Reynolds has been in. (Now granted the easy one has three different films but that only counts as one movie) the fifth one will be the hardest.
Wolverine Origins, I think he was supposed to be Wade Wilson in that one too though? As the 2nd most obvious pick
Was in Blade Trinity as well I think…
