Odds and Ends

For invincible fans and gamers. The Invincible VS video game has a collectors edition for pre-order with a mini comic and trading cards. Also Lunar is offering an exclusive to the game with a full comic and cards as well. See photo for regular collectors edition and link for Lunar. I’m not sure how much they will go for on secondary though.

FOC is 1-26-26 for Lunar edition.

The Lunar has an exclusive game cover and the comic has the same cover with 1st appearance of a character that’s 1st appearance in the game - “Ella Mental”

Probably to rich for my blood, but I bet that Lunar exclusive will be a ghost.

If the white paper is on there I leave it on, but I do not think it hurts the value one way or another. As far as I know when you submit one to cgc with the white paper they take it off.

With zero discount to stores, I expect everyone to be over MSRP just to make it worth it. That store preselling it for retail is going to be ticked when they look at the invoice and see they don’t make anything,

I take the cover off. I will be submitting this Batman drawing at SDCC this year with CGC.

I picked up 2 Ab Superman 1 blank variants last week for cover price. Planning on taking them to cons this year for a sketch. I’m looking for a couple older blanks but usually skip them. I always skip foils.

Day 17 of the month and the streak continues. 8 sales today, mostly Absolute books. Stopped by two stores today and picked up more. Most of the sales have been either Abs Bat or Abs Martian Manhunter. Also sold a Rook #1 and a Classic Star Wars Adam Hughes Slave Leia cover I found for a dollar. This has been the best month and this week alone has been insane.

This month has been great compared to past years. 17 days in and sold 25 DC books, 15 Indies and 8 Marvel. Absolutes, Red Hood, Nightwing, Mora and IDW GI Joe have been great for me.

Some of today’s sales….

It’s been a decent month for me so far. 70 sales at $2.6k. Gonna start slowing down for me unless some books take off soon. I haven’t had the same luck you all have had with absbats.

ABS Bats is less than 10% of my sales in 2026. Probably less than 5% of my dollar amount.

The good thing about ABM is that even beat up copies seem to move…which is pretty much all I’ve been finding for back issues.

It’s funny. I have yet to move any Geiger related books. Well, sold two rook exodus #1’s tonight but not much else. Have been able to load up on the rare books.

Makes 11 books sold today. My mailman already hates me from the multiple packages that go out each day.

Sold 7 additional books last night. 2 after midnight making the streak 18 straight days of sales. Well over $700 in this week.
