Trailers šŸŽ„

Imagine if they hadn’t revealed who was playing Doom? You can’t tell it’s RDJ at all…I assume they knew they couldn’t keep the secret, so just took the easy road and let everyone ask the questions and speculate why 2 years ahead.

On the move again. Although not as vertical a climb.

I don’t even remember if White Vision appeared anywhere outside of the ending of Wanda Vision…I have to go back and watch the last few episodes before this series to refresh my memory.

I see Starfighter had some scenes as well, or a trailer. Anyone have a link?

No Strange Academy news?

Yeah…very strange indeed…

no marvel tv news at all, all movie stuff. not even daredevil s3 stuff even tho filming has ended

I guess they gotta save some things for NYCC.

Here is a link to the teaser someone saved before it got taken down.

Also, this is what was on Gossling’s (I think) jacket.

ā€œRebels Never Say Dieā€

The skull and crossbones made from an inverted Rebel insignia and an x-wing is pretty cool.

Honestly, I’m surprised it hadn’t been done before. Simple and cool.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Putting aside any political/social/whatever qualms one has with the author, why are we telling this story AGAIN? There is a whole universe that could be explored! Do a story about the wizard schools in the United States! Do a story set further along where maybe the existence of Wizards becomes public knowledge and the reckoning that follows. I only read the first four books as a teenager before I looked at the size of the fifth one and went, ā€œNah, I don’t enjoy this enough.ā€ I also only ever watched the first flick and found it decent, but it left me with little desire to watch the follow-ups. My point is, I’ve enjoyed some of the HP stuff long ago and am not a lover or hater. Just someone SICK of the same story being told countless times. At this rate, we’ll get a new Harry Potter every decade or so, and we’ll see his parents die more than Uncle Ben!

Ahem, rant over.

I watched all the movies. Don’t care to watch them again with different actors.

Well, the movies left stuff out and a show has better opportunity to fill in what the movies left out.

Also, they tried to explore the further Wizarding World and it failed hard.

I think the movies are all quite good and worth seeing. They did a good job of growing and advancing the seriousness of the story as the kids aged into teenagers. The casting is great. Anyway, I think they’re worth seeing if you stumble on a TV marathon or something.

My reaction to them starting over was, ā€œWhy?ā€ other than the obvious answer of money… and then the sad realization of how old the movies actually are.

The only Harry Potter movie I saw was the final one, lol. I basically had no idea what the hell was going on :man_shrugging:t2: Never read the books.

I really like the original movie run. I just can’t understand why anyone would want the same thing over again? Remake bad movies into good ones. Stop trying to remake good movies. But, there’s money to be made, so yeah.

I fell asleep 5 minutes into the first movie. Zero desire to read, watch or anything Harry Potter. Not sure why, just zero interest in it. Bravo for getting kids to read though…

The first few movies weren’t as good as the later ones. I’d recommend giving the original run another chance.

The first few movies did a good job of drawing me in, as a kid who hadn’t read the books only watched the movies. There was a charm (no pun intended) about them, an innocence compared the the later flicks.
