Would also love to see Knull, his world has found him, there is a huge monster, one could almost say dragon, coming after him.
looks to be a Xenophage - from the Venom: The Hunted miniseries
1st appearance of a symbiote horse?
I think Jacob Bear (Bear Claw Studios) wins that one with My Nightmarish Little Venomous Ponies. lol
Between this and that Winnie the Pooh Deadpool parody there are a lot of weird parodies.
Woohooā¦my once a year comic con set up in two weeks and I have a box of Knull stuff I can dust off!!!
I refreshed eBay sold listing within 5 mins and 5 venom 3ās sold.
I just posted it on the main site with stills as well. So pumped for this.
I donāt care if itās FOMO or notā¦I love Knull. That whole initial Venom story arc and run and those comics/covers were absolutely incredible. The only downside is how poorly they handled the endingā¦that was just uggggg.
Back to that Venom #1 issueā¦incorporating Beowulf, Grendel into a Symbiote/Knull type storyā¦that was AWESOME!!!
I got no Knull books. Knull was before I joined CHU
Now Iām a bit more intrigued in seeing this film, but still donāt have faith Sony will deliver.
Knull is back baby!
I LOVE IT!
Keep this in mind as well: If Knull appears at the end of Venom 3 and is not killed - the main Spider-Man in the series is Miles Morales. If thereās no Venom, no Peter Parker Spider-Man and Knull is still alive ā¦
I know, I know. Wishful thinking
Granted, some donāt like Knull and that is okā¦but if you doā¦man oh man were there some absolutely incredible Knull covers put out during that run (and that time frame). It was the COVID Variant days and clearly that didnāt pan out all that well for the speculator crowds and some of the overnight businesses BUTā¦there were some pretty nicely done covers just for the sake of the art and Knull was one of the main highlights of those times. (LOLā¦give us a glimpse of Codex and Virus and we can really start moving some silly variants right? )
It was the best of timesā¦it was the worst of timesā¦
I bought a small collection 2 years back that was littered with smallish, modern keys. Paid about 92 cents per book. Included Venom 1-14. Iām going to list my Venom 3 and see what I can get for it. Cool character and great cover. But, I have a hard time believing Knull becomes a long-term cinematic character. Guess you never know.
Yessss!!!ā I have zero faith in Sony doing it right, BUT I actually have spare copies of Venom 3, 4, 7, & 9 that I can list!
My personal sob story: I have every single issue of that runā¦all of them, including every reprintā¦with the exception of the biggest oneāthe 3rd print of #3. I just canāt understand it. I donāt know how I missed that one when I was consistently making sure I secured all the others. Talk about dropping the ball. The OCD in me should have just bought it, price be damned, long ago, but I just canāt bring myself to spend that money. Bahā¦
Well, that was quick. Sold for $150.
This clears up a bigger issue that everyone argued about when knull was first created. That sony apparently has sole use of knull and not marvel. Or marvel knows this was the end of the venom trilogy and didnt care about knull at all for now, and plans to reboot him if they ever decide to use him in the future.
