He seems very similar to Gentle, the Wakandan mutant living on the mars colony.
Now, and subsequently, o scrubbed my spoilers for BP3 because the images I had were all Gentle. The backup story is oddly drawn and can’t say I noticed the new guy in the issue. I think Gentle being similar in markings could have thrown me off though.

I haven’t read it but I could only find this.
So if that’s it top eye panel and bottom right panel as a child, it’s a cameo and that Black panther #4 1:25 Hans could be a big winner.

Top panel isnt him. Doesnt match up with the designs of him.
I haven’t read the book yet I just found that page so I wouldn’t know if he’s in the book more, but Anthony is getting old if he read the comic and couldn’t find Tosin.

Thanks Myron I was tired and he didn’t appear in the main story. There was a cartoonie back up story. I must not have dug deep enough as honestly I was tired (yes I am old now get off my lawn)

Hopefully they do more reprints of sozomaika’s catwoman covers as second prints. They’re too stunning to be used as incentives. Should be in as many people’s hands as possible.
