This is the struggle…the only draw is likely a lower print run as a first cover + 1st appearance it is not. It’s not a significantly different cover. I like A better.
Black cover/spine might be trouble too, adding to pre-order risk. Could pre order 100 copies and all have some spine tick defect or color rubbing off.
If I see a 9.8 quality copy on the shelf I might grab it. Not pre-ordering though.

I think they said only first prints will have the code…wonder if they will stick to that or if this one will come with a code due to the demand.

I will say that Fortnite’s customer service is the worst. They have this thing where you start in chat and they forward it over to email. I said it was a crappy system today and the CS person threatened to ban me for being abusive. The chat gives you the option to rate the CS person, so I rated him negatively for threatening to ban for using the word “crappy” and he went ahead and banned me from their customer service chat for rating him negative. lol Insanity.

Can you imagine the types of people they have to deal with? 350 million kids ? I can only imagine.
The system is too complex for kids to use. The chat system is how they start the ticket and then move to email. Most kids could not do it I am sure.
Most kids are better on electronics than most adults these days. If I can’t figure something out on my phone I just look for youngest person around.
