Generative AI. I guess I should have expected this, but this seems so Twilight Zone to me. And, of course, the government had decided that it needs to police this.
If copyright applies to works with “human” touch, per se, wouldn’t AI not fall under copyright, even though someone would want to attempt to do it? If so, I would like to copyright the image “N”, as it is produced on a computer, and though I just pushed the button, the computer actually generated it.
This is nuts!
I keep getting press releases from the company about those violence is being threatened against AI comic creators.
