I think the type of JSC collector who drops $$ on his exclusives would be pissed at a blind beefcake cover.
All the more reason I want to see it play out.

That’s because the Marvel superheroes don’t have cachet.
Marvel characters try too hard. Gotta relax and just be sexy, like DC characters. It’s all in the attitude.
jsc blind bags value depends on price he charges and the print runs, if he does some small rare variants with 500 print runs than id be more interested

No way I’m paying $45 for a blind bag, JSC or not, but clearly there’s a market for it? Do the exclusives on his site make people rich when they flip them or something? Good luck to those interested, just not my thing.

i don’t think market is very big at that price point. besides with at least 1k print run on each of 12 different covers that’s 12,000 copies minimum. his cost is what maybe 4-5 bucks each. I’ll pick some up when he inevitably clearances them off
Haha well I WAS going to try for a 4 pack, but not at that price. Yikes.

JSC is the original and the best at getting people to fork over their finances over to him for the smallest amount of work possible. A true businessman (cough cough) salesman. I give him credit.
JSC blind bag was inevitable.
It combines the best of all of us into one package: FOMO and Gambling.
One can’t lose with those two powerhouses combined into a single package

How do you sell12 different covers at a total qty of 22,000 ?
Blind bags of course. Buyer/flippers hear the “hype word” and think they’re gonna get rich…

I dont mind the proliferation of variants. Dont think its bad for the industry. Stuff like Blind Bags are bad. Not being able to pick the cover you want really sucks. And then you have to deal with flippers.
