Im not reading Miles right now but i know hes been facing Hobgoblin in the Gang war story, but i don’t think that it’s hobgoblin on this cover, or who it is.
Anybody reading this to tell me who this is attacking Miles on the Manhanini variant?

Don’t think that character will be investable in any way. Just read it…
It’s like his second-longest running nemesis that’s unique to his rogues gallery. I think only his “evil-Miles” counterpart, Ultimatum, has been around more.
