Yes, right. So there would be no 8th comic?
That’s why I thought it might be fun to have the winner have to send 1 book somewhere. Either to the last place team or the toilet bowl winner/loser or something a bit unusual. Typically, every team pays in to play. Just not usually in comics. 
But, I’m cool with whatever. Although, I don’t think any teams should pick the books they want. I think you get what you get.
So, if we gave 5 books to the winner and 3 to the runner up, for example, we’d do something like:
First place - sends book to runner up
Second place - sends book to champ
Third place - sends book to champ
Fourth place - sends book to champ
Fifth place - sends book to champ
6th place - sends book to champ
7th place - sends book to runner up
8th place - sends book to runner up
Then it’s more of a mystery with what you get. If I won it (FAR FROM THAT HAPPENING THIS SEASON), I’d rather get a bunch of surprise books showing up than picking which ones I want.

So many good ideas! This last idea of yours, Joe, sounds fair and fun. It’s got my vote. Let’s see what the other chaps think.
I think the really tricky part is what book do you send? I can’t remember if there was a ballpark value assigned to it? And as we all know very well, assigning value to a book is so subjective.
I personally really like the idea of the first place team sending a book to the last place team, BUT I AM THE LAST PLACE TEAM. So, if we want to not do that this year and try it next year instead, I totally cool with that. Figuring out these logistics post-season probably wasn’t a great idea.
I’d say a sports themed book…but then there would be 8 copies of NFL Superpro being shipped around, lol.
Oh! I do like the idea of surprises now that you mention it. Fun!
My original plan was to get a graded NFL super pro to send out. Lol. I need to see what that goes for. Probably will. It be that though.
As far as pricing is concerned, I believe I suggested around $15. But, $15-20 wouldn’t be exorbitant in my opinion. I like these ideas, particularly a graded version of SuperPro! In terms of who sends what to whom, I like Joe’s plan and I (winner) can either send a $15-20 book to the runner up, or I can send some intentionally god awful piece of shiiiiite book to our last place guy just for laughs. I suggest we let our benevolent overlord @Anthony make the call and as we worship him, we will obey his commands. This is hilarious.

Are you still in Brazil? I think that plays a big part in if you should send a book out or not.

I think it plays a big part in how best to ship to him as well…Ot may be best to send everything going to him out in one package.
