New Wolverine also appears on cover of Casanovas variant but prices are lower at ebay. Higher prices for Tao and Lee covers.

Tao and Lee covers might be retailer exclusives. But yeah I’m curious why there is no buzz around the Casanovas variant either

He’s fighting for real estate on that cover. Literally.
I’m not surprised. Didn’t even see him there until you mentioned it. Gets lost in the surrounding coloring.
All the Casanovas connecting covers look pretty sweet. Then there’s the question of what’s up with (presumably) Akihiro, the very first figure to the left on Ultimate X-men #8.

Hm, I’m actually wondering if that might help the book in the long run. I think a lot of people glossed over the Casanovas variant because of the Cappuccio spoiler variant getting all the buzz before release. I’m TOTALLY guessing but I’d imagine the print run on the Casanovas variant being way smaller than the Cappuccio variant.
I think it’s a better looking cover than the spoiler.
