While collecting bronze age horror books, I’ve tried to pay particular attention to stuff done by Wayne Howard. Pretty interesting history as it relates to comics. Such an amazing artist & it is a bit sad that he never received the attention/limelight that (imo) he deserved. Certainly reminds me of Wally Wood & he worked as an assistant vat Wood’s studio.
Anyway, did you know.
He was America’s first ever comic series creator who was credited on the cover? Kind of cool.
