Anyone reading the new Conan series on Titan Comics? Really … really good. Highly recommend if your a Conan lover. Artwork and writing are A+.

Picked up the first 5 issues but haven’t read it yet, been hearing good reviews. I also picked up 2 packs of the 1-4 de la torre virgin variant set during TFAW’s $1 sale last week.

I am. In fact it’s the only title I read anymore. And it is exceptional. That guy De La Torre is incredible as well as Zub’s writing. De La Torre is like a Buscema clone

Zub is a big sword and sorcery guy. He is doing D&D titles and I loved Skullkickers. He is also a funny guy. He is made for Conan titles.

When I was getting back into comics, Skullkickers was one of the first titles I read. Loved it so much got the deluxe hardcovers as well.

I have a Skullkickers #1 sketch cover the artist did a sketch of Shorty for me and he signed it. I had Jim Zub come behind him and do a text bubble saying “Thor is a f—king p—-y. It was awesome. Have to dig it out.

Imagine if you can buy a comic for $4 or pay another dollar for prelude, and another dollar for an epilogue, plus another buck for an extra page or two in the middle that adds further context. What is the true story and how much am I missing not ponying up more money? I give you my money, give me a complete story.
This is why I also hate microtransactions in games if they impact the game itself. I don’t have beef with cosmetic changes or such. Hence, I’m not mad at Fortnite or Marvel Snap.

Are you guys picking up Feral 1? New comic from Stray Dogs creators. There’s a ton of store variants and influencers pumping it like crazy, which I usually stay away from. Might pick it up just for the read.
I’m not sure myself… Stray Dogs was pumped just like this is. Look historically at what Stray Dogs went for in the beginning and where it’s at now. I don’t think Feral will do nearly as well, it’s not flying under the radar. I might grab a couple copies FOC.

But only by default…there really isn’t much of anything else on FOC but reprints and covers and reads.
Will probably wait for the 2nd print… unless there’s a big furor over the release of the 1st print and then I’ll wait for the 4th print.
