Looks like this issue might be Hellgate’s first full app. and this is only cover he is on for the issue.
He was on a cover before, ASM #1 Cafu variant. I don’t know if he was in the guts of any of the past issues, I haven’t been reading the series. ASM #4 & #5 haven’t released yet.
He made a cameo in issue 1 as far as I know that is it.

Lately I’ve not been buying spec in advance…and just taking the chance of it gets hot I can snag a few copies to flip. Been pretty successful. Wolverine 8, Venom surprise variant, and the super girl cover. And if I miss out there’s always another hot book a week or two later.
The real question is, what book will be hot next week?

Oh for sure. Hughes covers for example. But new artist that struck gold. I have wasted $4 on worse things.

I tend to buy just about all the even somewhat decent Zatanna or Poison Ivy covers as I feel like they always sell well at a convention. I actually have a box/boxes with both of those and Harley books as people just tend to ask for them (and all ages, genders, etc). I’m not saying they go for a ton, but even if I price them a few bucks above cover at a minimum…they often end up selling.

We all have. For me it’s more about not having any more space or patience. If it’s not for the PC and I can’t immediately flip it, it becomes more of a burden that what it’s worth.
I have a small corner in my basement and it overrunneth.

Anyone ever have pickle flavored beer?
Lately I’ve been on a sour beer kick. Well, my wife thinking it was the same thing picked me up a four pack of this pickle beer…I gave her quite the look…and didn’t immediately try it.
Well, a few weeks ago I finally gathered up the courage. I can drink just about any beer…bitter, bland, spicy, fruity…I even drank warm beer made by people living in the townships of South Africa (warm flat beer not my thing, but it didn’t disgust me). Nothing has ever compared to how awful this Pickle Beer tastes. Brine and hops do not mix.
And I tried several times to sip it down. Couldn’t do it. Tossed 75% of the can out. No sir. I didn’t like it.
