A New character is debuting in Sonic this FOC (Sage). Unfortunately the character is not on the cover of the 1:15 RI (although that may be her in the shadow). Sold out at Third Eye. But you might find it other places for ratio.
The new character is on the A-C covers, though. I personally prefer B.

Sage is scheduled to make her first IDW comic book print appearance in Sonic the Hedgehog #84, which is an upcoming release.
Sage’s character was created for the 2022 video game Sonic Frontiers, which was her original debut in any media. While she has appeared in some minor printed media related to the game since then, such as a 2023 calendar, her first appearance in the main IDW comic book continuity is the upcoming issue #84
I would say, #84 is her first comic book appearance. I don’t think anyone else was producing comics for Sonic properties in 2022 when she was created in 2022.

I was thinking it said IDW because she’s appeared in other non-comic medium like games…maybe magazines or books.

Nightmare before Christmas the Shiver of Christmas is debuting a new character. Shiver is the small polar bear on several covers. I can’t speak to whether this will heat up as I know very little about the series as a whole.

Anyone know who is on the B Cover of Absolute Batman Ark-M? The bleeding stool seems to think it is Absolute Mad Hatter. Guesses?
On some levels that’s pretty hilarious. Give em credit for originality.

The black top hat with the red ribbon suggests it’s Zatanna. Her black top hat with a red ribbon has been consistent with her character design over the years. Additionally, the face cage above her head to the left is also consistent with her cameo appearance in Absolute Wonder Woman #12. Just a different design by Javier when compared to Hayden Sherman.
I feel like if Mad Hatter were going to make an appearance in Ark M, it will be a surprise and not spoiled by a cover. I could be wrong, though.
What do you make of Cover D? Is that a depiction of Absolute Scarecrow? Perhaps, it’s a depiction of his fear toxin?
