She’s more of an anarchist and I think she would take the Joker out if it came down to it. She’s a pure ideolog. HQ wouldn’t dare (until recently when she finally understood she was being abused). I don’t think Punchline worships Joker the way HQ worshiped him.

he’s in 1st issue, 2-3 pages at start of book, and last 2 pages aswell
Surely that’s not final art? I’d be shocked if editorial let something go to print with a signature that large.

The choose your destiny cover should have been Slave Leia with the weapon on the side being a chain.

In the 80s yes. Not so much in today’s world! 
Also, there was not much choosing for Jabba, Leia pretty much chose his destiny! 
unfortunately we will never seen that image on new material ever again
