Mahomes with the chance to do something even Brady, the GOAT never did…would that make Mahomes the GOAT? You know there are a lot of Patriots fans that hate him…and now know how the rest of the football world felt as Brady racked up trophies and records…ha ha!
I think given 4 downs, and down by a score, I might pick Mahomes over Brady to deliver. Just because of his ability to convert 4th and 15 just with his legs and speed alone…
Had Leonard Marshall not gotten that sack on Montana in the 91 NFC Championship I feel the 49ers would have won that and then beaten the Bills to 3-peat. That Giants team was the hardest hitting I’ve ever seen.

They were in 4 Super Bowl…lost to the Giants, Washington and Dallas (probably would have lost to Philly). I’d say only KC and the AFC East beat the Bills…

And this all makes me think of Scott Norwood. He was an all-pro kicker who just missed that kick. He only played one more season after that and then became an insurance salesman. I often wonder whether that still haunts him, despite the fact that a loss is never a reflection of one player’s performance. Most people don’t even know the holder put the laces on the wrong side.
