Not sure if this is real or not, but pretty cool…

That is a clever tagline as well. When this series is finally released officially (not these #0s, etc) I’ll be ordering heavy (for me) as I think this series has a ton of legs. Its not even into the general population yet and it is has rabid fans already. I can only wish that Vault doesn’t have the rights beyond this FCBD stuff and someone less greed driven will do the series, it pains me to order something from Vault.

Let us know when you find a company that fits this description…

Well I didn’t say altruistic, I just was looking for “less” greed-driven. LOL

I hear you, but would any major publisher other than maybe Dark Horse not be pumping out variants and blind bags if they had the rights?

Your not wrong, I’m still sore over the way they handled the Big Rig boxes. There are companies out there that do understand that wrecking the collectability only hurts you in the long run, and sometimes even these publisher will go ahead to grab the dollars they think are easy, but Vault just seems bound and determined to torpedo any value they can establish for a collectible item like comics.

dont forget
hows nectar or excomunicated doing now with all the reprints ?

Those are offered for $1 to retailers, were temporary indie spikes due to the Dorc effect, and don’t have insane demand outside of the comic market. Not comparable in the slightest.

Dammit, was hoping the a 1st issue would have passed FOC before an announcement like this.

it was known before fcbd came out about seth doing show, this says its already got straight to series order.

Print-Wide Error?

Does everybody else’s Vault Exclusive DCC comics have this ribbed effect on the front covers?

Ribbed (not for my pleasure)

Probably the paper at the end of the roll when the printer is feeding them to get printed… I wouldn’t even call this an error, it’s just damage during the production of the book if you ask me. Errors are when they make actual mistakes with the book itself, like extra pages, upside down pages, missing pages, print interior errors…

Press should take care of it. Assuming no color breaks.

OK but what grade would it be considered if I am selling it?

If it’s print-wide then I could probably not even address it in the listing.

I never offer a grade. I tell you what’s wrong and what’s good. As well as provide high quality pictures.

Yes, I don’t provide a grade either. But if it’s something specific to my comics, I would take pics that show the defect… and that tends to devalue the comic right away if other people aren’t doing the same.

I don’t think you can give a grade, at least I wouldn’t.

Just say could benefit from a press and identity anything you think can’t be pressed out.

Offer it slightly below what other NMs are going for. Someone else can take on that work.
