No, it’s a reprint of the FCBD book from May that they are charging $10 for… they just keep throwing new covers on the same interior pages from FCBD.

Is this another issue #0, or vol 2 of the trade?
Another 2nd print if 0 fcbd and a new print of the upcoming vol.2. That’s just for Lcsd At least that’s how I’m seeing it.
It looks like the main (only?) selling point of the LCSD version is getting it early. If you need it shipped to you, you’re not getting it in time to sell it to someone else who wants it early. Even if you pick it up in person and sell it on the first day of release, many addresses wouldn’t receive it earlier than the regular release.
I’m not seeing an advantage to it unless you yourself are a fan who wants it early for your enjoyment.
It has a different ISBN. Could have a different cover, even slightly so could mean more collectibility.
Looks like there are 5k each of the graphic novels.
