I just bought (and yesterday received) a lot of 5 sdcc Foil IDW books that were polybagged.
I am of the belief they were laying on top of each other in storage for the last 2 years.
They’re with the polybag that has that bulging seal on the back.
So guess what happened when I opened all of them and broke them out - yep - a wonderful line in the center of the foil cover. Essentially they’re all ruined despite what I believed to be a “bargain pickup”
And at $9.99 each, I didn’t want to buy a second copy and have the same tic. I get 20% off at my shop, but still.
It’s quite pretty.

So I just got back my copies of Lucky Devils signed by Soule and Browne and they also came remarked. Wasn’t expecting that. That’s pretty sweet.

I found them with fresh bags and boards in a back issue bin for $4.00 before my discount. That made them more appealing. That $6 cover price still stings a bit.
I have so many old Buffy comics, need to go back and check to see if they are worth anything
