Mayhew and/or Clayton Crain?
I know for sure I buy nothing… zero… zilch… nada… from Clayton Crain and he (Crain) is a strong second to CGC for my contempt & ire.
Now that you say that… I guess I don’t remember why we don’t like Mayhew 
I just remember him PUMPING out exclusives a few years ago.

He’s skilled, but I think people grew tired of the “sell one variant out, then announce another version of that same cover with a twist” game. I think he got snippy with someone on social media too? Someone check me on that one.
He also does the crazy menu of different signature styles that Crain and Liefeld are the biggest proponents of. I guess they get enough people willing to pay.

That seems right. I can’t remember exactly what happened though like on a Facebook live or something. I was trying to look up news about him from the past couple of years and don’t see any mention. Just mentions of all the rereleases of his covers that were popular with a different colored background etc.
Yeah. But I can’t fault him for making money. Eventually that comes back and hurts future sales…it’s up to the consumer (us) to push back and not support it. I don’t dislike him for that. I just don’t buy his exclusives anymore.
One of My favorite exclusives ever was his ASM 797 red goblin homage of ASM 238 though. So I canny hate him for that!!!
I think the thing was he would release a book and sell out, then release another version and sell out, and then release yet another one.

With all the recent Godzilla (and other Toho characters) & King Kong success in movies and comics, I have often wondered when/if Gamera could be utilized also?
I used to LOVE that Kaiju when I was a kid.
