I don’t know how many of you deal with/use DCBS (I’ve always had good service with them), but for whatever reason they currently have some great deals on past various variants/books/keys. It isn’t the easiest site to search, but may be worth a look. Maybe they do end of year inventory/clear out unpaid orders, etc.
For example, Avengers 684, Batgirl 23 were at less than cover.
