I’ve never heard of the The Hood or Arcade (I also don’t know why he looks just like Carrot Top.)… and why is Doctor Doom dressed in his pre-labor day garb?

Arcade is a villain from the Claremont era of Uncanny X-Men.

Arcade also popped-up in, “X-Factor,” then was a big baddie for, “Avengers Arena,” and just recently appeared in, “Hellions.” I have a soft spot for the weirdo.

The Hood was a Brian K Vaughn mini-series for Marvel Max, then Bendis started using the character in various Avengers titles. He’s popped-up here and there since then.
