Oof just came back from my lcs, they had a few The Rise #1 just sitting there should’ve grabbed them. Oh well
Went to two shops this morning. One was already packed before open, I had never been there on Wed before, guess they open early on new comic day.
Snagged Nottingham 2 and The Rise at it, both going straight to ebay to pay for this weeks comics and some. Got Death by Life at the other.
Still collecting Last Witch Covers, I really like this series that’s more geared for kids. Think it has future potential for TV.
An odd thing that I noticed is one shop had no SW High Republic Adventures while the other had a ton. Both had plenty of SW HR.
This was really an odd week in my area. Honestly, a week that I’m glad I tend to cover my bases through varied means. I never buy a ton of multiples on a book but I often secure at least one via online and assume I’ll find more in person. Not this week. Not even close.

The Skaar #8 I believe is a 1:10 variant, last sold for $40…figured $5 was worth a gamble.
And The Immortal Iron Fist 2nd print is book I was looking for online to complete my run of variant covers for this series (minus issue 1). Looks in great shape…black cover makes it hard to find in NM.
oooh… I heard you can sell that Black Adam Bosslogic for like a billion bucks… 
@agentpoyo Somebody mentioned wanting to swap for something called Action Comics #1 but that title sounded sort of lame and the cover art wasn’t too impressive. Hoping I made the right call.
Yup, that action comics has this Superman character who’s lame… He’s impossible to write. He’s indestructible but yet this normal crazy human can beat him… doesn’t make any sense…
@Zeropepp It’s amazing how few of these I’ve ever seen out and about on hunts. Regardless of a con, back walls, keys, whatever. Obviously they weren’t heavily ordered…but they are not easy books to find.

My local shop is wanting to get into the graded comic game so I traded them some slabs for them. They all are in great shape so they will probably just go right out to CGC.
Oh boy I went out shopping today. Had my second covid shot last night. So I went to a store I hadn’t been to in a while. Picked up another copy of Cold Dead War. Got more Invincible #1 LCSD foils. One each of BRZRK #1 A and B covers. Copy of The Rise #1 (my 3rd or 4th copy now). Also a copy of Truth Red White and Black #4. The owner was pissed he still had it in his $3 bin. (They are going for like $15 or so). Also More silver age top loaders for the money box. Another cgc short box.
Nice I just had 2 more LCSD invincibles sell this morning for $25 each.
