I found in a nice row, “Wolverine #66-#72,” and the concluding Giant-Size Old Man Logan special at Half Price Books yesterday. All the issues were $1.50 each besides the Giant-Size which was $3. Everything in 9.0 VF/NM condition or so. I was quite surprised.

Nice. I’ve been grabbing those Hawkeyes for the inevitable Disney Plus show.
I really liked certain aspects of it. They maybe should’ve let if more of a mystery how Wolverine was, “Broken,” and the subplot that all of Hulk’s children are from inbreeding is a prime example of Millar wanting to be super-edgy but just seeming tacky. I like a lot of the concepts and certain little touches though. Amazing art too.

I know where about 10 copies of those are…just sitting on a shelf behind other Hawkeye books…been waiting for it to pop to jump on them.

Yeah that part of the story got me. A plus that the art was good us a +.
Not a LCS find, but a coworker who knows I like comics found some comics while cleaning out some of his stuff at home and brought them in to see if I was interested in anything. I bought the 1st print TPB of Evil Ernie 1-5 and Lady Death 1-3 for $35. Not too bad in my eyes.

Picked up some of my preorders and found a Violent Messiahs signed by Tone Rodriguez in one of the boxes for $6. I really enjoyed that series, so it was pretty cool to find it randomly.

That ‘Tesla’ Virgin cover has been selling for $30+ any story behind this book? Didn’t hear anything about it but that cover def getting some attention.
Probably just under-ordered and Virgin. The same thing happened with The Marked #9 Virgin when it came out. I was the only person that ordered it at my LCS.
