I Like What You Got! (LCS Finds)

Savage Dragon just for fun, or…? Low print run?

What I’m confused about is the Steve Rogers Captain America 1, 2nd print. I saw the blurb on Covrprice but… I guess I still don’t understand why it would watch heat.

@davidbitterbaum Stingray is a joke…but it is a pretty cool book for the price I bought it. I like the cover and seeing it made me laugh.

@BatmanFan I have zero love for the Cap book or belief it matters. Less than cover and given the craziness of these later printings I couldn’t pass.

@enabler Mainly fun on the Dragons, but I do keep an eye out for them as they tend to have passionate fans and these (as you said) are crazy low print runs.
Issue #216 though is really awesome though as it has ANT in it. I just never see these in my hunts.

Some people are speculating john walker or Chris Evans comes back to play hydra cap. Even though John walker isn’t a straight up super villain and if Chris Evans came back to be hydra cap the backlash would be monumental

Blasphemy!!

I get it. I’m in the same boat. I bought the whole set for $1.65/book… wondering if I should list or hold.

Yes… Buy them all!

All $1. Nothing crazy but the Daredevils seem like sleepers with Maya Lopez on the covers by her creator Mack. The 51 is 1st White Tiger was a nice plus. I thought the books w/ Miles in them were cool. Not sure if it’s a 1st meeting or not tho.

Is Savage Dragon the next property Disney is buying? Will that bring him into the MCU? This is certainly a possible question to ask.

I mean maybe, but Silvestri is an executive at Image and as far as I know he and Todd are still friends. Anything is possible but I don’t see him selling his character to Marvel.

But is is a definite question being asked here about a hypothetical plan that Disney has regarding Savage Dragon?

Isn’t it Erik Larsen who owns Savage Dragon though?

You are correct Sir!

You’re probably right. I just thought that Silvestri owned it

Image Titles are creator owned… Image just publishes… but most of the creators retain the rights to their own properties and characters.

Oh I know, I guess what I’m saying is that I thought Silvestri created Savage Dragon.

I think his notable works out of Image is Witchblade and Cyber Force.

Silvestri is also noted for discovering Michael Turner.

I did not know that. Turner was amazing. Gone too soon.
