Asked if the had anything new that came in that was priced but not put out. Owner tossed a short box on the counter. Picked up a few but this was the highlight. $8 and couldnât believe he didnât look it up first.

Nothing major, but nabbed this Justice League 2 which is the first appearance of the Ultraviolet Lantern Corps for less than cover.
my lcs has been giving a lot of love to my want list lately 
got a nice mid(ish)-grade marvel tales #2 yesterday and discovered something odd: it has a blank inside cover, a blank back cover, a blank inside back cover, no third party ads, and no indicia. anybody ever come across a comic like this before or know why it was printed this way? or if other reprints/compilations from this period were printed similarly?
Some issues of Amazing Spider-man annual #1 is the same way, Iâm not 100% sure but I believe it has something to do with Canadian distribution. I might be wrong tho.

Not a bad haul in addition to my regular pulls. Also, this sale made ASM 93 under cover price.

Havenât been to a comic store in a while, away for work and just sitting in the hotel today and my wife reminded me to check for comic shops in the area, glad she did.

That was also part of my rebuttal. I had so much âme moneyâ and it was always a thing with her. Itâs like I could be doing much worse with my money. Back then I wasnât spending much either, maybe $100 monthly.
I wasted my money on these $4 ea to be exact.
Why wasted?
Because I could have donated that $16 to solving world hunger.
But if I was a really cool dude I would sell these and donate the funds to solving world hunger.
Too bad Iâm a jerk though.
