It’s quiet in here, but thanks to all who are still sharing. I am not buying as much myself at the moment, but I had a few packages arrive this week so I thought I would share. Mainly cover price / ratio or close.
King Thor 4 - 1:25 Epting Variant - Jason Aarons ideas do come back later and the prices on these aren’t high.
Captain America 4 - Design variant. This was 50% of cover, but it’s a cool enough design.
King in Black Ghost Rider - Nice Kushala covery
Once and Future 8 - This was hard to find and is a GREAT cover. One for the PC.
House of X 5 / Powers of X 5 - 2 nice David Nakayama connecting covers.
Star Wars 20 2nd Print - Another copy to add to the pile of 1st/2nd prints of this issue. Just below cover price for now. One day I will look back and wish I had bought more.
Star Wars Shadow of the Empire 1 - 1st Appearance of Prince Xizor.
Star Wars Shadow of the Empire 2 - 1st Appearance of Dash Rendar.(He’s on the cover of issue one though) I found these for about 60% cheaper than they were this time last year and both have plenty of potential.

Any firsts anywhere?
This was awesome! I tuned into a Whatnot sale last Wednesday & during the show they ran a free give away for this Star wars #68. I won!!!
I didn’t want to be a heel and not buy something after winning so I snagged this Spider-Man from them.
Anyway, the seller on Whatnot is “toyusa2011robert” so I highly recommend. They certainly made my day.
Funny thing is that it was my bday that day even.

So I scored this on Mercari using funds from recent sales. The most recent run by Pacheco / Perez got me interested in the character and it was honestly my favorite ongoing title with all of the humor and action in it, and she might just be my favorite Spider character, too! I decided to check out her first appearance and it was really cool. I’ll probably check out additional runs on her character seeing as she as a total of about 120 issues. Wouldn’t be hard to catch up.
If anyone has an opinion on a grade I’d be interested to know way it is. I’m thinking 5.5 with a chance at 6.5 with a press? Colors are really bright and no major creases.

I’d say it would be a 6.0 except for that rough bottom right. I’d say 5.0 right now and if you can clean it up a 6.5 sounds achievable!
