I loved Now Comics. Used to pick up pretty much every title off the spinner rack at the grocery store. Still have my Terminator Burning Earth issues k got from that store. Don’t know where any of my Married with Children are.

Will have some videos up again soon, but picked up a box of Variants (mystery box) from Comic Mint (I know I know) for $29.95 plus $9.95 shipping. 10 variants for under $40, so about $4 each. Went through them and filmed it. Pulled a couple of 1:100 ratio books, pulled a Harley 25 1:25 Frison that I ended up quick selling to pay for the box. I am keeping two books out of it, a Scarlet 1:25 for my collection and a Transformers 1 1:25. That leaves me 7 more books to sell at a profit. I talk about sourcing stuff cheap, this is a way to do it for sure. Ratios at $4 each I will take the gamble on any day.

Can’t go wrong with Parent Trap (great movie) and Pollyanna (who messed up the Jets game so long ago).
I’ve been looking for BOTH those issues in super high grade for years, but can’t seem to find in super high grade

I found two copies of Pollyanna I thought I grabbed the better of the two and was wrong. It’s ok. I have copies though.

Most of the media based Dells and Gold Key’s (Charlton’s too) are just so damn hard to find in NM grades.
For those in their 50’s and 60’s the nostalgia is off-the-charts.
I have searched and searched all over for high grades of 60’s/70s Dell’s and Gold Keys and they continue to elude me. It’s all I really collect now.
I recently found a Mad Monster Party (another of my favorite movies), raw, in high grade. Just got it back a few months ago and it graded at 9.4 which is was so happy about
