Is a one:12 figure a short packed figure? Or an incentive figure that has to be ordered?
They’re 1:12 scale figures. You can order them at any time from stores selling them.

I don’t think I’ve ever been underwhelmed by a Mezco one:12 Figure. Taking the plunge and spending $90+ has always been tough to stomach, though, I feel ya.
The one that did piss me off was how Darkseid was $180 just because they decided to cast him in poly stone rather than plastic like all their other figures. What the hell was that about? Totally unnecessary.
One:12 is the brand name for Mezco’s high end 6” figure line. 6” is also usually referred to as 1/12. A bit confusing in the comic world when we’re always discussing ratio variants.
Mezco’s whole catalogue is open order to your local comic shop during the preorder window though. After that they are limited edition to the size of the run (based on orders).
