Prices drop real fast to where there’s very little meat on the bone for flipping. Extra work for a couple dollars.

Pretty sure it’s just a big game of hot potato. People chasing the next D’orc. Each week the game gets smaller and smaller so prices sink faster and faster until nobody is playing.
I’m using this opportunity of diverted attention to grab cheap copies of books like Bleeding Hearts while shops still have stacks of them.

I have been listing Tuesday nights as I pull books for my box. I have been selling a few copies so it has been all good with me. Been making a profit each week. Sure it’s not for everyone but the continued eyes on my books has helped boost my other listings and sell other books.
I pre-ordered Dead Teenagers because I liked the premise. I posted about it in the FOC thread, saying that it gave me Stranger Things 2.0 in the 90s vibes.
If you can find a few for cover and prices aren’t high enough to be worth your while to flip immediately, I don’t think it’s a bad idea to hold this one.
I feel the same about Bleeding Hearts.
I still have a couple of copies of Nectar.
Other than these, I’m getting rid of all the indy stuff I picked up over the past few weeks. I’m about to start including free copies of D’orc #1 2nd print with eBay orders

I had a CGC 9.8 SS shipped to me on accident and I worked with the seller to get it to the correct buyer. I even shipped it to the correct person myself and the eBay SELLER didn’t even say thank you after I did that. You believe that sh*t?
Ultimately, I did get my correct comic though and I think it was the same comic, just unsigned. I can’t remember what it was - dang brain!

I once got comics mixed up and sent the wrong comic out. I sent them a label to slap on it and they were so cool to ship off the wrong comic to the correct buyer, I refunded their entire purchase as a thank you that they didn’t even ask for.

Keep an eye out for this. This was a $20 book last week as it made the hot lists but has now taken another bump.
I grabbed about 100+ copies of 70s and 80s Green Lantern this week because I think the new show will be great and Green Lantern books might see a spike. Got 2 high grade Green Lanterns 148s in there.

Early Cap books in this run are hard to find.
Keep an eye out for this. It’s out today and is the full art virgin variant. It’s an open order Ito virgin variant. I don’t see any listed on ebay currently. There’s a regular trade dress cover that hasn’t popped yet but this virgin is selling over cover and there’s currently none currently available. All cheap copies are gone off ebay.

Due to cold and limited time, was only able to go to one LCBS today. Was able to get a few new potential spec books. We will see how they fare considering how quickly over the last few weeks books pop then flame out.

Did get my SIKTC 11th printing direct web exclusive delivered today. Beautiful shape and quick delivery on this book. Glow in the dark feature works pretty good too.
Took some of the money made of recent spec sales and bought John Wick Dynamite photo variant comics to complete my run. These hold some good value and if they release another movie, can see these going up higher. Plus, they are just cool.
