If anyone likes Spider-people with sneakers check out Frankies Comics, with covers of Miles in sneakers. Not a fan myself, and didnt buy any but Frankies is having a BOGO sale on those Miles books. Full disclosure, I have never bought from Frankies, and am not big on store variants (depends on the cover art).

MCP #57 looks like it could be a good spec play. Still cheap at most places so not a big risk. Bought some from Mile high when they were cheap (yesterday). Apparently, they caught on and close to quadrupled the price at some point today.

@LoveBox specced the other day that the Layla character from the Moon Knight trailer (just a voice over the phone and a subtitle that named her as Layla) was NOT Layla Miller, a mutant, as everyone else is saying, but could be Layla Lilski, an obscure werewolf that 1st appeared in Marvel Comics Presents 57. She appears in MCP 55 as a human, cameos as a werewolf in 56, and 1st Fulls as a werewolf in 57. @Alana figured that part all out.

You know, I really do appreciate all of you and your insight. Mean that sincerely. I honestly don’t care about the spec play/value of these. I don’t have these books, BUT…I’m a huge horror fan. Sure I like werewolf by night, but I also love any of the werewolf, dracula, supernatural, etc stuff.
These look interesting and just the fact that I see a werewolf on the back cover of one of these issues is enough to make me want it.
So anyway…thank you. Sometimes it really is just finding out about a book you don’t have and would enjoy.

Agree. Highly suss. Only one sale on ebay at $100. Rest are best offers.
I mean, it is a gorgeous cover, but why pay a chunk more when it is still retailing for the other price with apparently plenty around? Hmmmm.
Not sure how many have been sold. The site says limited to 500. I just liked the cover, and like Manara.

I’ve actually bought from them, I bought the Frany exclusive a while ago and it managed to get here safe and was packed well although it has the same art as the same ratio it has the trade dress and a logo on the back

Just sold 40 issues of Star Wars High Republic Adventures 2 for $6.99 a piece. Seems to be moving up. Any news that has come out or is this just speculation?
Edit: looks like cgc 9.8’s are moving up, so most likely people trying to get 9.8 quality copies to get graded. That’s my guess.
