Modern Comics Heating Up (Those With Potential Too) (Part 1)

Hehe  I’m not selling any more copies. I’m keeping a few 9.8 candidates for the long haul. I think it has a lot of potential. If you had asked me a few weeks earlier i would’ve said sure as i had lots of copies.

Just joking, my friend. Let’s hope they come back as 9.8’s. I really don’t know if this book is going to continue in this fashion. If it does, you were smart to stash a couple away.

I think some of the reprints are pushing up the value of the first prints. People who missed out on it were able to grab the 2nd and 3drd prints, read it and enjoyed the series then went out and purchased the first prints before it’s too late.

she hulk episode 3 end credit scene rumor leak says in end credit scene Dennis gets catfished by some one saying their runa from new asgard, if true that would confirm mcu Valkyrie is runa given the fact that reviewers got the first 4 episodes i think leak is likely legit

Exiles #2 is her 1st, she’s only on the cover of #1

We shall see

So what’s the deal with King in Black: Return if the Valkyries? Not a first Runa?

Not sure what the She Hulk scene was I didnt see it but I think they’re 2 different Valkyries.

I dont recall hearing the name given to Tessa Valkyrie in the movies tho, so its anybody guess

Pretty sure the King in Black is the actual Valkyrie.

King in Black is the first Runa; the Exiles character is different.

The one from Exiles is a lesbian and wears face paint also her name has never been revealed like the MCU currently. Runa is a lesbian that doesn’t wear face paint. Technically both and neither are right as they are portraying the same MCU character. Rūna is the second character to loosely adapt the version of Valkyrie portrayed by Tessa Thompson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the first one being Valkyrie who joined the Exiles.

Except if you read the books. The Exiles character doesn’t sound anything like Tessa Thompson’s character; the Valkyries character entirely does. Also, Exiles is a different universe; Valkyries is the 616.

Always bet on the A cover and the 616 version.

Well Tessa calls herself the one from the Exiles.

That’s probably because return of the Valkyries 1 hadn’t come out yet

I’ll take a Ultimate verse Miles Morales 1:25 over a cover A Miles Morales 616 any day of the week.
