Modern Comics Heating Up (Those With Potential Too) (Part 1)

Generally speaking if it’s a preview they will see a small increase. Now if it’s something original that’s not included in the first issue it’ll see a much bigger increase.

How do you pronounce that?

Presumably it’s pronounced fear

Reminds me of, “DRIV3R,” when that game came out forever ago. Is it, “Driver 3,” or, “Drivthreer?”

For some reason I thought it was phaser.

Same. Maybe it’s different for eyes of a certain age.

I had hard Drivin’ for Sega Genesis and Pole Position for the Atari.

I really liked Hard Drivin’ for the Genesis. I think I’m one of ten who did.

Rad Racer was awesome too

Sounds to me he was talking more about the story than a first appearance, which is only natural?

ahhhhh…look who happens to have more in stock…

They try to undercut ebay prices. Oh well. It’s their right

So only flippers are allowed to make extra comics off newer comics ?

The secret to good selling is good buying. If you buy at a low enough price you can sell at lower prices than others and still reap a good profit. I’m listing my copy for well under comps and I’m still going to likely bring in over $20 amd give a Spidey fan a better price. Contrary to Michael Douglas, greed isn’t good.

I’m gonna wait till the next round. Too many people to compete with to sell for top dollar.

It’s a smart move for certain books. It only bothers me when they cancel previous orders due to greed

My mind is blown that Midtown “found” more copies of the Spoiler variant.

They just held copies back. I’ve seen them do it a lot

I know, I was being facetious :joy:

By the way guys, I feel sales are back to what it was pre pandemic. I had 11 sales the last 2 days. Not a lot but I have less than 50 listings so I don’t sell a lot because I’m too lazy to list. So that’s pretty good.
