Invincible comics are super hot right now. Even non keys are selling, I just bundled them up in one lot and sold within a few hours for full asking price.

Trying to remember…I know I ordered a signed/remark version, however graded or not? hmmmm…getting old. He did contact me a few days after purchase and asked me what kind of remark I wanted, location on cover, and in either black ink or paint pen…I thought that was cool of him. He said he had 350+ to remark!
