Yeah. I still think I have a copy or two.
With Abs WW and Abs Supes starting to warm a little, do you think Abs GL will ever warm up? I could buy a stack of them for dirt cheap, but I’m not convinced it’ll ever move.

People are trying hard to make this go up.
Seems like it is starting to work.
If you believe those are legitimate and someone is dumb enough to pay that when it’s available for cover price, then yes.
But, once those cover price books dry up, new listings will no longer be cover. That’s usually how it starts.
But the fact they are still available shows just how b.s it all is. Are people really that desperate for money that they stoop to petty manipulation? Why does it seem like I’m the only one concerned about the ethical implications. I mean someone is getting manipulated and screwed after all. Just kinda takes the fun out of it if you ask me.

Then, when is it ok to sell a book for more than cover price? Ever? When is it ethically ok? These are comic books. No one needs these. This isn’t jacking up the price of PPE gear during the early days of covid, here. If I attempt to sell a book for over cover price, people can simply choose to not buy it.

Can’t speak to cover A, but the Eom is selling. I sold two in less than an hour this evening.

Ethical speaking I guess it would be ok to sell over cover price if you truly believe the value of the book hasn’t been manipulated. Which in this case, there is clearly an effort to do that already.
