They are doing a new series with filming to start in June I believe. Casting is for a bunch of young actors. So the speculation is it being on the high republic stuff. Hr adventures 1 is one to grab in my opinion. Lots of key young characters plus in 2 you get first Ro. He should come out on top for the baddie. Hr 7 has been selling fast now too. I personally like 10 for lourne Dee.

Look, if this is for real and it’s HRA characters I will be more than happy. I’ve got more copies of 1&2 than I care to admit.
Something to keep in mind: if the rumor is incorrect about the High Republic era, one way Lucasfilm could go is a Galaxy of Fear themed show.
You want to talk about teens and preteens taking on spooky stuff in space? Look no further than Zak and Tash Arranda in Galaxy of Fear set during the New Republic era. Cheap spec. One comic with them in it in either canon or legends. Star Wars Adventures 10 (2020).
I must say, though, High Republic makes a lot of sense with the massive saturation and exposure in the market right now. It would be a shorter jump for kids from the comics to Disney+ than Star Wars Adventures 10. Now I’m convincing myself it won’t be Galaxy of Fear…(sigh)

Also, the OP said Disney has confirmed. I have yet to see Disney confirmed anything except the Acolyte. No need for straw men.
Watch the most recent installment of the High Republic show on starwars.com. The Disney executive confirmed it in that show. It is possible that it could be the Acolyte show though. I forgot about that.
IDW’s is distributed by Diamond until June of 2022. So the numbers from Comichron are reliable for the Annual.
