It was a last minute FOC add. Or maybe the cover art reveal was. It may have slipped past quite a few radars as a result.
I know I had some trouble finding it offered at FOC.

Regarding David Colton, I feel like issue 1 is his character’s first full and the better/best book to have. He even appears as Cap on the last page. Issue 2 is definitely his first full AS Cap, and then obviously Avengers Armageddon 4 as MM.
All of this hinges on readers giving a damn about MM
There is also Timeless (2021), which teased the return of Miracleman
